Post subject:  Barton Waxwings/Woodcock 6-11-12

c30 Waxwings flew over calling from the Ropewalk area heading west over Far Ings Road at 11.30am this morning. Also a Woodcock flushed by train at station, it flew out of the sidings and headed up Dam Road.

5 Waxwings were reported yesterday around the hawthorn bushes near Chowder Ness area of Far Ings NNR.

9 Waxwing seen from my house this morning, mobile flock, at 9.30am :D

9 Waxwing seen again on 2 occasions around the visitor centre car park at Far Ings NNR, still very mobile
