9 Waxwing seen from my house this morning, mobile flock, at 9.30am

c30 Waxwings flew over calling from the Ropewalk area heading west over Far Ings Road at 11.30am this morning. Also a Woodcock flushed by train at station, it flew out of the sidings and headed up Dam Road. 5 Waxwings were reported yesterday around the hawthorn bushes near Chowder Ness area of Far Ings NNR. regards Mandy |

9 Waxwing seen again on 2 occasions around the visitor centre car park at Far Ings NNR, still very mobile Mandy |
