A 2.5 hour seawatch in less than promising conditions this morning:- c150 Pink-footed Geese N 4 Brent Geese N 2 drake Eiders N c2000 Common Scoter on sea, constantly getting up and flying short distances 1 drake Velvet Scoter with above 2 Red-throated Divers N 8 Gannets, 7 adults S & 1 juv N 1 adult Shag S c85 Golden Plover in off 2 Great Skuas S 1 Razorbill on sea close in 1 Swallow 1 Fieldfare in off With Rick Bennett, Phil Espin & John Clarkson |
