Out at 07:35 ready for the deluge of seabirds in the easterly gales (forecast) and rain. Visibility was poor and it was windy and wet but the seabirds were rather lacking:
2 juvenile Long-tailed Skuas the high point
1juv Bonxie seemed pretty tired sat around for over an hour
5 Arctic Terns
6 Common Terns
2 Guillemots
15 Juv Gannets
Adult Little Gull
3 Common Scoter
90 Wigeon
100 Teal
Grey Wag
Then had a search for White's Thrush in Waters' Edge but it had not arrived as yet though a Pied Flycatcher was only the 3rd ever on my patch.
Tomorrow is another day

Gray's Grasshopper Warbler is my bet - but don't ask me where -- I guess Paul will be saying Foula -- I very much doubt if it will be Donna Nook
