This is just an innocent query : I am intrigued as to why you are posting so many of your reports late.

eg.in August/September : re 10 of your reports :

4 x 1 day late
4 x 2 days late
2 x 3 days late ( as per your post above .)

It's not a crime, Aidan, but for those of us wishing to follow up your valuable posts cannot, as the gen is usually out of date.

Please excuse my query, but it's just that 99% of members post their sightings on the same day....or rarely, the next day with an apology.

Is it perhaps that you don't have ready access to a computer on a daily basis?

I am relieved to hear that late postings are not a crime! The reason for my tardiness is that I do not have a home computer so am
reliant on the Library internet facilities(or the occassional visit to my parent's house). I know this may impede those of you who may want to follow up my sightings but for the foreseeable future this is how it will have to be.

Please excuse the presumption of my earlier post, and carry on posting your reports whenever....they are both interesting and welcome and certainly add to our knowledge of species' occurrence in Lincolnshire.

Hi Aidan,
I had to rely on the Library for several years and caused some amusement by having to refer to Blue T*ts as the Lincolnshire County Council Library computers won't let you use Tit!!!
