Single Barnacle goose this morning by the lake behind The Hume pub at South Kyme. First time we have had one.

Probably a juvenile. Seems too early for one on migration.

Presumably there are some feral populations in the vicinity.

Almost 100% a feral bird.

Take a look at this map showing the movements of a just one bird, which spent some time in Lincolnshire in 2010!
