A female Mandarin Duck has appeared on the dyke on the corner of Links Avenue and Quebec Road, Mablethorpe this evening. |

Looking at the photo in the album, and given the amount of colour in the beak. Could it be a male in eclipse plumage? |

Yes, I've just Googled eclipse male mandarin images and I think you are correct. |
