A three mile loop north from Tealby along the Viking Way in the afternoon. Some nice hedges and extensive sheep-grazed pasture but a general lack of passerines eg finches, buntings, pipits, larks, wagtails or starlings - maybe time of day, and high temps suppressed activity. buzzard 4 kestrel 3 hobby goldfinch 25 linnet 4 tree sparrow 2 swallow 20 house martin 10 Kev |
