Along with about a million midges this morning there were marsh harrier 6 peregrine 1 avocet c300 black tailed godwit c30 curlew c20 redhank 12 ruff 17 greenshank 3 green sandpiper 1 little egret 9 sedge warbler 4 whitethroat 2 reed bunting 12 and the usual ducks |

Similar list for Sunday, but include Swallows (20) Wheatear Chiffchaff There were also reports but not seen by me of a Spoonbill from Trent Hide Ruddy Shelduck (3) Andrew |
