A juv flew south at eye level at 30 m in front of me and Mal Kitchen at 1310 whilst we were stood on Mill Hill. It settled on the saltmarsh by the Wash Viewpoint where it was out of view for maybe 40 mins then flew around the marsh and sea bank for a few mins before being lost from view over the west bank. DS had good views from Wainfleet North tower. Cheers Kev |

From the report by John Walker it would appear that Cliff Morrison saw a female Pallid Harrier at Theddlethorpe late afternoon. With the juveniles having very different plumage from the females could there possibly have been two Pallid Harriers in the county today? Roy |
