With birders spreading out over the Far Ings area from 07.00am today and no report by 11.30, it looks as if the Red-rumped Swallow has probably moved on.

Nice to meet up with Bob Smith and Mandy West again for a chat.

Yesterday was brilliant...a few of us were watching rr swallow in pouring rain..swallows & house martins dive bombing people & cars..if you stood still you had to duck..as they were feeding on insects it was an awsome sight to see

still there at 19:30 Sunday night in the gloom but no sign at 05:30 this am so guess they all moved off at first light;
