Went in wellies this time, water nearly 6 inches deep on the footpath to the hide. 1000-1100 today; Swallow x 1 Magpie x 1 Shoveler x2 Skylark x 2 Canada Goose x2 Greylag x 8 plus 9 young Little Egret x 2 Mallard x 6 Kestrel x 2 Lapwing x 4 Heron x 1 Reed Bunting x 2 Black headed gulls x 12 Shelduck x 4 Wood pigeon x 2 Tufted duck x 4 Gadwall x 1 Buzzard x 1 Carrion crow x 1 Grey partridge x 2 Mute swan x 2 Rook x 1 Pied Wagtail x 1 Large, faintly familiar, ball of fire in the sky x 1 |
