Hard work on the coast today in a strong onshore wind and persistent showers with little reward. Chapel Beach Sanderling - 5 Anderby Gannet - 4 S Dark bellied Brent - 4 N Eider - 1 drake on sea Shelduck - 3 south Gulls - steady southerly passage mainly Common, Herring and few Lesser Black backs Willow Warbler - 1 singing in dunes Wolla Bank Pit Reed Warbler - 1 heard Swallow - 1 Reed Bunting - 2 Huttoft Pit Green Sandpiper - 1 Swallow - 12 House Martin - 2 Kestrel - 1 male Matthew |
