This afternoon there was a flock of c20 extremely Bramblings apparently feeding on the Birch shoots as they moved through the area north of the Caravan Site. A Green Woodpecker calling in the same area was my first for the year in the Market Rasen area. Others establishing territories included 4 Willow Warblers, 3 Chiffchaffs and 3 Blackcaps. 2 Bullfinches, 2 Goldcrests and a Willow Tit were the other birds of note.
