0800 today (the wind was whipping through the hide so wearing shorts was a mistake!) Hare x3 Shoveler 2 pairs displaying to each other Shelduck x3 Yellowhammer x 1 pair (the male looked absolutely stunning) Linnet x 1 pair Reed Bunting x 4 Redshank x1 Skylark 1 Black headed Gulls x 20 Lapwing x 24 Mallard x 2 Mute swan x4 Greylag x 12 Kestrel x1 Wigeon x 1 pair Pied Wagtail x1 |
