First singing Blackcap last year, in my garden, was 20th March. Only had first Blackcap song today for 2012. A 10 mile walk today through Welton Woods, Hoplands and along to Well produced 9 singing Blackcaps, loads of Chiffys, 11 singing Goldcrests and 4 Nuthatches.
