2 Goosander 1m 1f 2 Pochard 1m 1f No grebes! 8 Pied Wagtails No cormorants Plenty of Wigeon, Goldeneye and Tufted ducks Pochard is my first for Covenham is Pochard a rare bird for the resevoir? |

I was at Covenham this morning as well and agree pretty much with your list. However, I would add coot and mallard to the 'plenty' list. Also, there was 1 little grebe, a buzzard flew over and there was a kestrel near the SE corner of the reservoir. Martin Francis |
