Hi,

It looks like two 2nd winter Iceland gulls together on North Scrape Frampton as I type. One is a little bit duskier on the primaries, Paul S should be able to comment/provide photos as he's gone in for the kill....

These two birds are not the apparant Kumlien's gull from a few days ago.

Iceland Gull appeared late afternoon in the area that was famously occupied by the Oriental Pratincole a couple of years ago. Viewed from Reedbed Hide and under the steps up onto the bank
Also present 21 Whooper Swans
2 Spotted Redshank
3 Scaup
5 White Fronted Geese
1 Barnacle Goose
c200 Pintail

Not a bad day with the Stork at Kirkby earlier. Unfortunately dipping on the Smew for the second time this year

Also 5 x pale bellied brents in amongst the dark bellieds, 2 x Avocets, 38 x Pochard, 1 x Spotted Redshank and counts of up to 8 ruff at a time. (On Friday 24th).
