Post subject:  Snipe in my garden - Rippingale
Hard weather and expensive and intensive feeding has resulted in 32 species in the garden in the last week. A Common Snipe landing in the snow today was a new garden record but other highlights are listed below:-

1 Common Snipe
1 Moorhen
1 Common Buzzard
1 Sparrowhawk
19 Fieldfares
5 Redwings
12 Blackbirds
3 Siskins
1 Bullfinch
36 Chaffinches
3 Tree Sparrows
3 Reed Buntings - all males
