A lovely sunny morning’s walk around the snow covered park which is slowly thawing. The lake remains nearly frozen over with a couple of small thawed sections. +300 BH Gulls and +30 common Gulls sat on the ice making an unusual sight.
One male Grey Wagtail spotted dipping in the sandy edges of the lake contrasting its yellow underside nicely with the snow. Two Long Tailed Tits in the trees. Two female Tufted Ducks diving in one of the thawed lake sections.
