Post subject: Iceland Gull - Leadenham

A 2nd Winter Iceland Gull today at Leadenham Landfill, with the gulls roosting on the winter wheat field near the telephone mast south of the tip between 1300hrs-1330hrs when the birds were all spooked (looked similar to the bird at North Hykeham Pits on Jan 9th - for a picture of the NHP's bird see http://www.lincsbirds.co.uk/album/displ ... pos=-16291 - I'm guessing it's touring the local sites?) .
