a 15 minute scan on passing
42 mute swan
6 whooper
4 bean geese
2 barnacle geese
distant flock of flying geese heading north approx 100 birds pinkies i think but very distant

A quick outing today provided

4 Tundra Bean geese
13 Whooper swans
37 Mute swans
300 + Mixed flock of thrushes
1 Little grebe
3 Roe Deer

A couple of birdwatchers around flying visits from the looks of things.

a visit just before dusk after grainthorpe, bit busy at grainthorpe 2 police cars chasing around after poachers, caught 2 cars 3 lads and a woman ferreting near the turkey barn,
thorseby bridge
4 beans
9 whoopers
44 mutes
short eared owl
no bewicks last couple of visits have seen upto 3 birds but they also get onto the fields over the back towards the inland side of tetney lock. :D :D

1 x Common Buzzard.
