called in at Huttoft pit early afternoon fri and found Roger Labett scoping a ruddy shelduck that had just flown in,the goose flock was on the field north of pit but poor vis in heavy sleet and rain with low cloud. whooper swan herd was fragmented and widely dispersed on various fields.
WeBS Saltfleetby Theddlethorpe nnr 161211, highlights,
twite 108, skylark c180, rock pipit c85, lap bunt 6, snow bunt 9, wigeon c425, teal c260,
hen harrier 1f, cormorant 86, green sand 1,hooded crow 1, only 2 red throat divers seen on sea. seasons greetings, regards John.
