Post subject:  South Kyme and Ewerby

3 Nov 15.45 A kingfisher on the Kyme Eau - on the stretch running through South Kyme this afternoon. I am reliably informed by a local fisherman that there are currently at least 2 and possibly 3 regularly traversing this stretch of the river.

26 Oct around 16.00 I disturbed a short eared owl in a field margin about 1km north of Ewerby. It headed towards Haverholme Wood and within 2 mins was being mobbed by around 50 crows.
