Post subject:  Pye's Hall Sunday pm

After a morning 'seal wardening' (good numbers there now), walked the track to Pye's and back along the saltmarsh.
Flock of tree sparrows halfway along the track, otherwise, nothing of note. No passerines at all at Pye's, but good views of a pair of hen harriers.
Back along the saltmarsh, huge flocks of golden plover in flight, plus grey plover, brent geese, shelduck etc.
No sign of ruddy shelduck that were supposed to be visible, nor black brant (but the geese were spread out over a wide area so could have been easily overlooked).
