An excellent find by Dean Nicholson today was a Hawfinch in the south west corner of Teal Lake; a Reserve first. Also 4 Red-crested Pochard on the adjacent Apex Pit. A Water Rail was pig squealing on the north side of Grebe Lake and a bit belated I know, but a Red Kite flew south over Plover Beach last Sunday. Cheers Grahame |
