A leaucistic starling was the highlight of a walk to Pyes Hall after viewing the American Black Tern yesterday

I am sure somebody showed me a photo of it last week but for the life of me I cannot remember who. Anyway the bird was in a large flock of starling feeding in the grass about half a mile beyond the Pyes Hall dyke

A birder from Rotherham told me of a Spotted Flycatcher in the bushes close to the Stonebridge car-park
