Can I request ALL records of Hobbies (including breeding, non-breeding, fly over records and juveniles etc...) Are submitted via the confidential records system. August is a good time to monitor Hobbies, and the records would help us to make an estimate the LIncs population.

Please, no breeding sites to be published on the Forum,

Andrew

Dear Dave and Terence,

Please accept my apologies for my hastily written reply, which with hind-sight didn’t really read very well. In no way was I suggesting you were publishing information about rare breeding birds on the forum. I’m sorry if it read that way.

What I was trying to say to anyone who is reading the LBC Forum, is that August is a good time to monitor hobby populations. It would be good to get as many records as possible over the next 2 weeks, in order to try and estimate the population in Lincolnshire this year.

Can members submit information directly on the forum, and/or non-members can use the “Submit a Record” system - http://www.lincsbirdclub.co.uk/contact_report.htm. However, if anyone has a breeding record, then please use the “Submit a Record” system only.

Best Wishes,

Andrew
