I noted one of the Spoonbill had some colour rings on it's leg(s), I only saw one leg however and I didn't take details. Today I saw 3 Spoonbill on Huttoft Pit which according to the log,had been here since at least 13:30 15th, so maybe 3 of the 6 from Gib on the 14th? One of these 3 also had 6 colour rings. Left upper leg from top to bottom - red, green, yellow. Right upper leg - green flag, red, brown. It would be interesting to know where they came from. |

You can submit the details here Geoff http://blx1.bto.org/euring/lang/pages/r ... country=EN You should get an answer fairly quickly, depending on who ringed them. |

One of the spoonbills which was present at Gib on Wednesday was ringed. It looks from my heavily cropped photo (see album) as the rings were yellow(?) above red above green |
