Plus this morning: Good views of cuckoo from Mill Hill Turtle Dove reported (not seen by me ) between the beach car park and the mere. Hugh |

Afternoon visit, it was good to see the Ruddy Shelduck, Long-tailed Duck and Turtle Dove (2 were singing near the beach car park). 3 Sandwich Tern were on Tenn. Sands. No sign of the Common Rosefinch reported near the cafe at 06:30 today nor the Montagu's Harrier. |

from 645am to 1030am today . ruddy shelduck j marsh long tail duck on the mere still a sleep when i got there . cuckoo near the car park . p wagtail with young at the cafe side . grasshopper warbler 50yds from mere . reed warbler on the reeds outside the mere hide . swans with four young ? . nice to see you about early morning kev i need a key to get in the car pack if i get there any early to start work . |
