Just back from an hour at Kirkby hide, nothing great but

2x Grey Heron
Reed Warblers
Sedge Warblers
Pochard
Cormorant
Shelduck
Shoveler
Common Terns x 20
Mute Swans x 8
Mallard
Coot
Great Crested Grebe x 6
Greylag Goose
Black Headed Gulls

Also heard a cuckoo over the road from the car park for the hide. Just remembered as doing my database.

Then a quick trip home via Wasps Nest to see the little resident, plus Yellow & Pied Wagtails.
