Just back from taking a lunch break at Fiskerton Fen, and going to both hides.
Also, met Chris Grimshaw there.

From the hide next to the pumping station:-
Greenshank
Shelduck x6
Dunlin
Wood Sandpiper
Canada Geese x8
Mute Swans x 8
Teal
Common Tern x2
Mallard
Little Ringed Plover
Lapwing x7
Greylag
White Wagtail
Pied Wagtail
Yellowhammer
Redshank
Black Headed Gulls
Cormorant
Rooks
Carrion Crows
Jackdaw
Goldfinch
Coot

At the LWT Hide

Greylag x10
Gadwall
Tufted Duck
Coot

Chris was there longer and may have more to add.

I hope I've done this right for my first post.

Your post was done right Andrew

All you missed is a Hobby, a second Redshank and the Channel Wagtail (a yellow wagtail with a grey head and my beema of last week) spotted by Russell shortly after you had gone

You have one thing to learn though - fancy making poor old Di climb over that gate - chauvinist but I suspect you knew that
