Another average round of golf this afternoon at Market Rasen was pleasantly interrupted by a singing Nightingale in the adjacent Dog Kennel Wood. A flock of 23 Crossbills and two soaring Buzzards made up for the total absence of birdies on the Course! |

Savour those moments then Stuart bacause according to the BTO in today's Sunday Telegraph the Nightingale could be extinct as a breeding species within 30 years. Mind you that'll about see both you and I extinct as well! Mike. |
