Quarry Chiffchaff 3 calling/singing Swallow Housemartin Common whitethroat 2 calling with a frog in the throat Bullfinch m Blackcap 2 singing + 2/3f Linnet 12 Little owl Hollow Grey partridge pr Blackcap 2/3 singing + 2f Chiffchaff 4/5 singing Song thrush pr Willow warbler 2/3 singing Common whitethroat 2 calling with a frog in the throat. Very nice to meet Hugh Middleton for a chat and pass and receive information from him(hope the work wasn't too hard) Brian. |

Was good to meet you at long last Brian after enjoying your posts from just down the road from me. On such a lovely day I rattled through the paperwork and went back for a couple of hours butterflying and caught up with the whitethroat so thanks for the location. Lots of peacocks, brimstone, orange tips and a few commas. Hugh |
