Per Steve Meek et al, 1 osprey, 1 sedge warbler, and 2 common crane which Nick Tribe and i scoped circling over the great Eau pumping station (thanks for the call Steve), we also recorded between Brickyard lane and Seaview, 1045 hrs to 1645 hrs, 34 swallows north 17 willow warbler singing, 7 chiffchaffs 2 blackcaps,1 f ring ouzel, 1 m marsh harrier, 2 kestrels, c 60 linnets,
also lots of bees and butterflies in the warm sunshine. (A call from Ed re w t eagle north over Gib
at 1600 hrs but after 45 mins obs from high dune not seen ) regards John
