Saw my first Swallow of the year today. Single over Deeping Lakes at 9.45 this morning. Only saw for a few seconds as it disapeared in the mist. Also female Grass Snake (Over 4ft long) getting very close attention by three males. The biggest Grass Snake I have ever seen! Sping is finally here for me anyway. Bob. P.S. also Corn Bunting seen and Chiffchaff and Water Rail heared. |
