Very little to see at Manby Flashes but the new hide looks good. Then a Great White Egret appeared from the direction of Dowsey fen. Once above the Flashes it turned and flew back towards Dowsey Fen and was lost to sight at 10:20.

Covenham res only had 32 Whooper Swans and 15 Goldeneye of note.

Grainthorpe Haven for lunch with only 4 Little Egrets to distract us.

A run up to Worlaby carrs for the 8 Bean Geese produced what we wanted, although fairly distant. Thanks to Steve Routledge for pointing us in the right direction.
