Highlights from this morning included: Msq: 2 Goosander(female and first winter male) 2 adult Whooper Swan(1 of these was colour ringed,but only seen in flight) 112 Wigeon(Sheep field) 2 Willow Tit 1 Green Woodpecker 56 Gadwall 106 Pochard Read's Island/South Ferriby: 236 Avocet(The first birds i have seen this year) 2 Peregrine(Juv's) 1 Merlin 4 Marsh Harrier(2 ad.male,ad female and juv/1st wint) Juv Rough-legged Buzzard Regards Steve. |
