As a change of interest, I decided to check out the Kirkby-on-Bain Smew today (Sunday) 12.05 - 12.50. There was one drake Smew and one female on the 2nd pit to the S of the LWT Pit, and a lone female Smew on the 1st pit to the S.
Plus several Goldeneye pairs.
Just one other LBC birder there.

Regards,

Freddy
