Taken today with the 7d and 500f4isL +2X TC 1/60sec f8 iso 800 in the rain ,i think i should have taken IS off as it seems to go off focus to me and i wasnt touching the camera http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=if7qwUAfO7A Rob. |

I know with my camera, Olympus E5, the instructions say that setting IS while using a tripod/monopod or other stable platform will lead to out of focus images, but I don't know if this includes video. Whether there is any difference in this respect with the Olympus in-camera IS or Canon in-lens IS I don't know. David |

David Im sure my lens is supose to know when its on a tripod and then switch the IS off by its self dont know why it didn't. Rob. |
