A lovely day on the patch:- 29 Gadwall, 4 Shoveler, 2 Wigeon, 5 Teal, 9 Pochard, 38 Tufted Duck & 3 Goosanders (2 males) on the mere. Now 2 Little Egrets on Catchwater drain and field to north. 1 Lapwing on wheat field. 1 Green Woodpecker. 1 Skylark singing. |
