Highlights from todays efforts included: Winterton: 2nd cal yr. Marsh Harrier 1080 Pink-footed Geese West Halton/Whitton: juv/1st winter Greenland White-fronted Goose(Showing well with 300 Pink's),thanks to Mr C. for the call. Worlaby Carrs: 11 Corn Bunting 3rd cal yr. male Marsh Harrier 4 Common Buzzard 25 Chaffinch 72 Fieldfare 23 Waxwing(Feeding on Guelder rose bushes around small pond past the railway crossing,showing well) Regards Steve. |
