just a couple of hrs or so highlights covenham 14 goosander 2 whooper swan feeding on grassland off the res per keith at least 40 goldeneye 40ish great crested grebe 7 little grebe with also 5 at humberston fitties and 3 in dykes grainthorpe area with numbers of mallard widgeon tufted gadwalletc bradley wood area nuthatch 2 wren buzzard sparrowhawk kestrel 4 great tit 20 blue tit 15 long tailed tit 10 coal tit 5 robin 3 blackbird 7 also of interest waxwings reported to me at grimsby nunns corner laceby road area, first report was of around twenty birds but a latter count per colin howard and friends was approx 80+ present terry whalin ![]() ![]() ![]() |
