Marton 16 Jan 2011 Female merlin noted harrassing local linnet and greenfinch flocks in fields to either side of the Marton to Willingham-by-Stow minor road. Also buzzard, kestrel and sparrowhawk in area. Have not seen many merlins noted from main coastal sites recently on this forum. Cheers Brian |
