A long walk around most of a very quiet reserve today produced the following.

Thorpe Lake mainly all frozen but about a 1/4 now water again.
1 Goldeneye (F)plus usual other species inc. Teal,Wigeon,Mallard,Tufted,Gadwell,Coot,Moorhen,BH Gull,C Gull,Cormorant.

Teal Lake all now totally frozen - 1 coot on its own in the middle and that was it!!!

Apex Pit - A lot of wildfowl in 1 place all as above but for Stumpy (Glaucous Gull) and 1 very smart Cormorant with a white head?

Oakwood on route to Willow Lake. 1 Goldcrest

Willow Lake totally Frozen - nothing at all.

Onroute past Redland's old yard. 1 small flock of 5 Bullfinch and another with 4 Bullfinch in. Also a flock of 18 Goldfinch's.

Feeders back at the centre was very busy with the following being viewed in about 15mins -
2 Coal Tit
6 Tree Sparrow
plus Blue Tit,Robin,Great Tit, Chaffinch, Blackbird, Dunnock and many moorhens on the floor. No Brambling.
