I had a barn owl in the murk at worlaby this morning about 8am just beyond the railway crossing, but little else and no Short eared's. Rough legged buzzard was showing well perched on the top of a group of conifers at S Ferriby from the second layby and a marsh harrier was upsetting the waders over at reads island. Donna nook provided good close views of a flock of about 30 twite with 5 snowbunting and a merlin............ but it was perishing danny
