Hi all Checked the tip at Stainby today and had a minimum 17 Red Kites (including 8 in one bins view), better was a fly-through skein of 94 White-fronted Geese, evidently part of a general exodus from the continent of this species in recent days. Photos on punkbirder. cheers Alex |

47 White-fronts at Alkborough for the last 3 days feeding in with the local Greylags; a mix of adults and first-winters -- otherwise the number of birds can be counted on a few hands and most of them are Mallard |
