Main lakes mostly frozen Highlights water rail 2 both in Pike Drain little egret 1 in Pike Drain Apex Pits and again presumably the same bird in the drain at Whisby. It flew under the bypass via the culvert (my very first in greater Lincoln) Gulls - thousands at Apex and Millenium Pit, As far away from a viewing point as the could be Mallard big numbers but just the odd gadwall, tufted duck, pochard and goldeneye tree sparrows bullfinch coal tit |
