Taken with a 7d 500f4isL +1.4TC+ 2xtc 1/50sec f13 iso 100 AND I was eating a Mars bar :)

Great vid and some good advice. Russ is gallantly advising me on my (almost) non existent digi scoping skills, We have gone through set ups, camera shake etc but from your post I realise what I really need................................ a Mars bar :D
