I managed to cover much of the reserve today from Howden's to Grainthorpe.
Highlight was a very vocal Pallas's Warbler which was initially in bushes between Stonebridge and Pyes before filtering down to the latter site where it showed very well.
Also today: Lapland Bunting - 17 Water Pipit- 1 Hooded Crow - 1 Short-eared Owl - 1 Little Owl - 1 Hen Harrier - 1 Marsh Harrier - 1 Merlin - 2 Sparrowhawk - 1 Redwing- 60 Blackbird - 80 Fieldfare - 2 Song Thrush - 50 Mistle Thrush - 7 Long-tailed Tit - 1 Chiffchaff - 1 Blackcap - 2 Brambling - 1 Golden Plover - 2100 Lapwing - 460 Chaffinch - 60 Pink-Feet - 95 Little Egret - 18 Reed Bunting - 28 Goldcrest - 8 Twite - 20 Cattle Egret - 1
