Post subject:  Black Bank/r eau areas,25/10.

An afternoon scanning the black bank area and a short walk along the river eau from susworth end produced;
a flock of distant 50+ possible Waxwings heading north,too distant to ascertain 100% i.d.
300+golden plover,
5 common Buzzards,
and a commotion of wing noises above my head produced lapwings shooting off in all directions as a superb Adult Female Peregrine went straight over me not high above.
just wish the poss Waxwings were nearer.
Another area that looks good to me.
Regards,
Roger.
